How RecycleExpert works

From listing your waste to getting paid and documented — here's exactly what happens at each step, so there are no surprises on pickup day.

Step 01

List your waste

Category, an approximate quantity and, for mixed lots, a quick description. Under two minutes, on the Pricing page or via WhatsApp — no account needed to just check a rate.

Step 02

See your indicative rate

An indicative per-kg band instantly — copper/aluminium-linked items move with the daily market price. For a large or mixed lot, sign up and we'll call with a firm number.

Step 03

Request a pickup

Pick a date, share your address and contact details. Our team confirms the slot based on location, volume and schedule availability.

Step 04

Digital weighing on arrival

Free doorstep pickup across Delhi-NCR, Haryana and UP. Material is weighed on a digital scale in front of you — that reading sets the final price, not the listed band.

Step 05

Get paid on the spot

Payment at the time of pickup through official channels, against the weighed quantity — no haggling after the fact.

Step 06

Receive your documentation

A signed weighing slip and GST invoice every time, plus an EPR-ready collection record and a data-destruction certificate for IT assets on request.

No credit, no haggling, no minimum commitment

We don't buy or sell on credit — every pickup is paid for at the time of collection, through official channels. There's no annual purchase commitment either: list waste when you have it, skip it when you don't.

Frequently asked

Is there a minimum quantity?

No fixed minimum for most categories, but very small/mixed lots may get a lower priority slot than bulk pickups. If you're unsure, list it and we'll tell you.

How is the final rate decided?

The Pricing page band is indicative. The exact rate within that band is set at pickup based on the actual weighed quantity, how well-segregated the material is, and (for copper/aluminium-linked items) the day's market price.

Where does the material actually go?

Everything we collect is channelised to our recycling partner, Grandeur Recycling Private Limited, Sonipat — authorised by the Haryana State Pollution Control Board. View their consent documents.

What documentation do I get?

A weighing slip and GST invoice on every pickup, plus an EPR-ready collection record and a data-destruction certificate for IT assets on request — see our Documentation section on the home page for details.

Which areas do you cover?

Delhi-NCR, Haryana and UP. If you're outside our usual coverage, list your waste anyway — for a large enough lot we'll still work out a pickup.

Can I list a mix of e-waste, plastic and general scrap together?

Yes — that's the point of using one vendor instead of three. List each category separately (or describe the mix) and we'll handle it on one pickup, one bill.

Ready to list your first pickup?

Under two minutes, no commitment.
