When you create an account or request a pickup, we collect your company/contact name, email address, phone number, and pickup address or district. We also store details of the waste listings and pickup requests you submit (category, quantity, status).
How we use it
This information is used to: respond to your pickup requests, confirm indicative pricing, coordinate collection with our team or partner recyclers, and issue collection/compliance records where applicable (e.g. for EPR documentation). We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data sharing
We share pickup and material details with authorised recyclers and transporters only as necessary to complete a collection. We may disclose information where required by law or a valid request from a government or regulatory authority.
Data retention & security
Account passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes, never in plain text. We retain account and transaction records for as long as the account is active and as needed to meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
