1. Indicative pricing

Rates shown on the Pricing page are indicative bands based on prevailing market conditions. The final price is confirmed at the time of pickup based on actual weighed quantity, material quality/grade, and segregation — not on the listed band alone.

2. Pickup requests

Submitting a pickup request does not guarantee a fixed collection date; it is confirmed by our team based on location, volume and schedule availability. Either party may cancel or reschedule a pickup before collection.

3. Material ownership & accuracy

You confirm that any waste or scrap listed is lawfully owned or controlled by you, and that the category and quantity described are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

4. Compliance records

Where applicable, collection/channelisation records are issued to support your own EPR or environmental compliance filings. These records reflect the material we collect from you and do not constitute legal or tax advice — see our Legal & regulatory documents page for the source rules.

5. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from scheduling delays, price fluctuations between listing and pickup, or inaccurate information provided at listing.
